After seeing a remarkable movie, Neerja it was time to sit and relax your brains(with no thinking to do and no conclusions to draw) - just plainly watch the moving images in front of your eyes in the theater - it was time for LoveShhuda (I am not sure if adding that extra H, the director expected some kind of luck factor). I dont think Bollywood has any more scope with love stories any more. We have gone through all of them, so many times. We have gone through Rom-coms, Porn-coms, emotional atyachars and sagas, heart-touching love stories and so on.
This movie is no different from one of them, the story is kind of hard to accept, where a guy who is due to marry shortly, during his bachelors party, gets drunk, does not remember what happens with him that night, finds himself with another girl next day when he wakes up. However, things go fine and he gets married to the originally planned girl. The marriage breaks after few years, he then bumps into the same girl, who he met previously, who incidently is also engaged to another man, however the love blossoms! Thats it!
The script is so childish and its a waste of 2 hrs of your time. I am also equally surprised how, otherwise intolerant India suddenly accepts so much of alcohol flow in the movie, and the previous show of bossoms in movies like maastizaade! God save such movies!
