LPO Holidays is a Scam – Still Waiting for My Refund After Visa Rejection till date that’s 2 years
I had booked a Europe trip with LPO Holidays (Mumbai), which was cancelled due to visa rejection. As per their own written cancellation policy, only ??, 000 was to be deducted and the remaining amount refunded within 3–4 weeks. My refund was due by 10th August 2023.
Despite repeated calls, messages, and follow-ups, I received only ??, 00, 000 in March 2024 — 8 months late. The remaining ??, 39, 234 is still pending to this day (June 2025), and the company has completely stopped responding. I have even sent a legal notice, but there has been no resolution.
LPO Holidays is a complete scam. They take your money, don’t honor their own policies, delay refunds without explanation, and vanish when you try to contact them.
I am now pursuing this matter legally and demanding my full refund with interest for the financial loss and stress caused. I strongly warn others: Do not trust LPO Holidays. Avoid this company at all costs.
