Please avoid LPO Holidays. LPO Holidays is a company of frauds, they have taken Rs 5.1 lakhs of my money, cancelled the tour and are not returning my money. Its been over 6 months since I have been running after them for my own money. Pay them and you may never see your money again.
We paid Rs.5.1 lakhs for a 12-day Scandinavia tour (starting 31 Jan). After full payment, they suddenly cancelled the tour citing "weather issues" and then offered private tours on same dates to same places at much higher costs. On refusal agreed to pay back the money which they seem to have no intention to pay.
They were super responsive until they got the money. Since then, silence or typical delay tactics. The emotional stress, false promises, and unprofessionalism have been exhausting, that too, ironically, for a vacation!
Im sharing this so others dont go through the same trauma. A simple Google search would have shown how many people have suffered. Please, think twice before trusting LPO Holidays.
