We a family of three took the Europe Explorer trip of 11 nights / 12 days from LPO Holidays in the month of June 2025. It turned out to be one of the best and most memorable trips we have undertaken. The trip was well planned given the limited number of days and the 4 countries to be visited and one more to be crossed with a day tour. The accommodation, and convenience of travel were all very comfortable.
When I booked the trip they created a whatsApp group with 44 persons of LPO looking after various assignments for the tour. I could interact with some of them as and when I needed information or required some help and always got prompt response. So first I will like to thank all of them as a successful event is based on proper work by all.
However, there were a few whom I contacted and they need special mention as they responded so promptly when needed. Our Air India flight for Paris was cancelled and so was our return flight from Milan. However the team at the last moment made efforts and I could go in time as they found another direct flight with confirmed tickets and we did not miss any part of the trip, rather reached Paris 8 hours early. The return flight was via Lisbon and Frankfurt and we reached back Delhi safely.
I will like to mention the name of Ms Sonal Salvi with whom I interacted first and who explained me the full details of the trip that helped me in selecting the right package. We got the VISA in 5 days and the VISA team member Advait Pandya helped us. Thereafter I will like to mention the names of Sh Salman Sheikh and Ms Reema who took all the efforts for again getting confirmed tickets from both the sides. Sh Rohit from the Operations side always was so responsive and guided whenever there was any need.
With all such great planning, execution of the same by Sh Nasir Sheikh the tour manager in Europe was great, he guided us so well throughout the trip taking us to the places and sharing information. Whenever there was need, packed dinner was provided at the hotels, Having Indian food each night at all the locations was also so great,
So I thank again to all for my amazing trip. Looking forward to more trips with LPO.
