Last month traveled by Lufthansa from Washington DC to Bangalore. It was a very pleasant experience. yes my baggage was misplaced and did not reach Bangalore along with me.
But I received it the very next day - delivered at home - with no loss. And at the airport on reporting the loss of the baggage. the people at the counter were very helpful. Would fly with them every time.
