I had the opportunity of flying with this air lines quite a few times & I must admit they are quite punctual & really have the touch to prove that time is vital.Also their on board service is very good & friendly.I know some of the readers may feel that they are not well looked after because of colour of skin but with my experience I may say that this is not true.Even their staff at air port is very cooperative while checking in or during boarding.
Also they have plenty of connecting flights all over the world from Frankfurt & waiting time for transit passengers are much less.
I will rate this air lines as one of the best in the world but again they are costly so even with the wish in mind lot of passengers have to go in for cheaper air lines.
I may mention here that on 01.01.2000 when Y2K bug had even forced most of the air-lines to stop their flight from Mumbai airport Lufthansa had their scheduled flight on & not only this their connecting flight to New-york on that morning from Frankfurt though had hardly any passengers still went on schedule. This one example can give the character of this air lines.
By the way I am in no way connected with this air lines as some reader may think so because of my review but the fact remains we must be open in giving our views & in this time of fierce competition one must acknowledge the good work done by somebody even if they are costly & need to be more competitive.
