I had ordered, two wallets of similar type. I received only one, when I raised a complain regarding it , they said wait for 48 hours . This happened approx 4 times. Then when I received a call from them , that there was no mistake from their end , we can send u the cctv footage, we had sent entire parcel. . That’s not the justification to an issue, they keep nagging u for 7-8 days and the outcome of it is this, my mistake I placed a second order with them again. Don’t trust them they are not at all professionals like myntra or. Finally after lot of constant calls and emails they gave my money . But they did not provide cctv footage . So somewhat happy , this is happening almost after a month when I gave a negative review.
