Well I ordered two handbags. However, since there was no size dimensions of both of them, the bags received were too huge and I returned both of them.
They refunded for one and they returned back the other to me without any intimation. When asked their customer care exec they stated that their QC has returned since they were unable to find some Tag/card with that bag.
I have returned the bags in the same bag they have got the same, though we as customers dont even know what tag they are talking about- were they even their at the first place?! Its been a month now but nobody has shared the status as they stated they will speak to their warehouse people and the bag with me is still in the packed condition.
So basically, their service is very lame and would never order something from this site now. Will definitely give that bag to some street beggar now(will share a picture soon) since its of no use to me for sure. Lulu&sky can keep my money- no issues lesson learnt!
