In 2015 we had bought this product as everyone were telling that this is of good quality, gives a cool and fast air but it was just opposite from that comments because it was not giving a fast as well as cool air and now we are regreting for our mistake of buying luminous fan . Each and every year there was a new problem in it . Sometimes it started producing an unpleasant sound of chrrr. chrrr. and sometimes it bacame very slow and too many defects in that fan. It’s speed is also very slow . But there is a strange thing in the fan that it became fast in winter and slow in summer I don’t know why it is so , not sure but may be there is voltage problem but it is also slow in high voltage .
