Hy. Friends this Jyotiprakash . Today I will tell you about that product which is disturbing us when current should gone . We know about the inverter is electronic device which store the charge at the moment of while current have in house when current should gone from house then inverter works but our luminous inverter is changing but not provide current us . It has so poor service sometimes it turns and then will stopped .
My brother purchased this inverter with excide battery
Inva queen450 on 3-8-2014 ref.cash memo no-365, on 3-8-2014 by my brother name Bhagirathi Nayak from battery centere cuttack , odisha . After that during loadsheding the backup 4 hour 40 min for 3 cfl and one tv . Battery shows low capacity .
Complain done verbally on 16-3, 17-3 and 25-3- 2017 .They always assuring . It will taken necessary arrangement . But till 9: 30 pm on 19-3-2018 no action taken . We felt very very poor service from authorised dealer from battery center, cuttack . .
