Iam suhail E A . iam going to review Luminous Hkva 2 Kva Sine Cruze Wave UPS . I have bought this ups before 9 months. The exact date of purchasing is on 1 st january 2020. Its bought for my new house. It’s bought from E-shop at kodungallur. I purchased it in the time of newyear offer . so I got it at very discounted price. The connections provided in the ups box is with good quality. But the screen in ups is not viewing clearly . the shop have provided 5 litre mega pack battery water on the time of purchasing. For 6 months it worked properly without any complaints. But after 6 months , the battery charge is not retaining. After full charging when the current cut off , its only work for 10 minutes with a bulb. I contacted the customer care service centre of the battery and they said that its not the problem of battery its the ups compliant. Then I contacted the customer care service centre of ups and they didn’t respond to my call. Its a product with poor customer care service centre. Never buy this ups. I didn’t recommend anyone to buy this ups. Thank you.
