Luminous Inverter and UPS

1. Refer attached documents.

   
   




2. I had bought a luminous inverter 1650/24 V Eco Volt 64GA94C1035461 from Tyre World dated 24 May 2017.

   
   




3. The inverter had a warranty of two years from the date of purchase, i.e upto 24 Mar 19.

   
   




4. The inverter got faulty and Lodged a complaint No 4007322572 dated 05 Apr 19(within the warranty period of two years).

   
   




5. Mr Karnam Shankar came to see the UPS and on checking said that Mother board of the inverter has got faulty, but when he checked from the backend they said that the warranty is only upto Mar 19.

   
   




6. I spoke numerous times to the call centre, supervisor Mr Yogesh and Mr Abhishek but they both denied repair to me.

   
   




7. As I was facing problems I got the UPS faulty repaired at a cost of Rs 1250/- on 13 Apr, while it should have been repaired free as it was under warranty.

   
   




8. Please look into the matter and reimburse the amt else I will be forced to take the matter to consumer court.
