My luminous Invertor is out of service since August 18, their service person came once & said that some part is needed which is not available in their stock & will take 3-4 days to reach Jaipur. After that I have made more than 50 calls to various people & nothing has happened, not even another visit . Their on line service people have no sense & every time they say , we are escalating your complaint but nothing has happened even after 7-8 months . Worst experience till date from any appliance company, No one should purchase this product
