I am an aggitated Luminous customer I am facing problem with my 600VA invertor from the very first day. we were initially using a Su-kam invertor and we used it for 6 years then as our requirement grew and we shifted to our new house we bought a bigger invertor I should have stuck to my old brand which we are still using at our garment shop
From the very first day the backup we were getting from the system was very less so we called the dealer he asked us to call at the customer care of Luminous, we registered the call and the engineer came to us the next day unfortunately we were not at home so he went back we again called and this time the guy came back in 7 days after looking at the machine he took out one of the part and told us that he will come in some time to replace it, but to our amazement and frustration he came back after another 4 days to fix the thing
After exactly 2 months of this this time the invertor started giving overload buzzer within 5 minutes of power failiour, we again called the service centre this time he took the thing with him and has not return with it, its been 1 month now I am really furstrated what to do I really regret my decision of investing in Luminous
