This is my 2nd complaint since I purchased Luminous Inverter 3 months back.
In the first comlaint, engineer took 5 days to arrive at home and the mentioned complaint is still pending and their turnaround time is over.
Tried to call tollfree number thrice but everytime you have to repeat the story, then they will give you new numbers to call on and those numbers are non responsive. Pathetic product and worse service. I have lost my faith from this so called Brand name "Luminous". No wonder people tend to buy chinese products. It’s very easy for them to fool the customer.
