Bought zelio1700 inverter with 2 150AH batteries for my home which is still under warranty. I have the same combination even at my office which was fitted 2 years back with no issues till date. But at my home inverter has stopped working just in a year which is still under warranty. On 23/10/2020 I have raised my issue its already 29/10/20. No one has called me and seems to be least bothered in attending the customer even after continuous follow up over phone. Every time I call they say it will be attended immediately. This make mefeel they have taken customers for granted as their image in market has already been built.
