My Luminous Power Inverter UPS has been out of order.There is no power output and I submitted an online complaint through email-id one month before followed by a reminder after 10 days.The number provided by customer care is busy all the times and no contact has been made from Luminous Power Technologies.If the guys of Luminous Inverter and UPS cannot provide proper sevices, they should give refund to the customer.I am tired of calling them which does not get connected at all.I feel cheated and believe Luminous company’s motto is making profit and fooling customers.
