I have used luminous for more than 3 years but after so many services I gave up.i buy it for my 2 storey flat with 2 battery system, but after using it for just 1 month, it malfunctioned.durability of this inverter is very low, it only gave a backup of 1 hrs which is very low in term of backup.i have never expect this from luminous as I have heard lots of positive comments for luminous battery and inverter but my inverter let me down.it isnt user friendly too.it cuts off electricity without no reason again and again.plz don’t go with this inverter.now I am using microtek inverter.
