I bought a luminous Jumbo UPS on 31.10 2011. It started giving problems and could nor take even 1 KV load even though it is 3 KV.Lodged a complaint and the service guy came on21 st and said he has replaced the mother board. However the complaint remained lodged complaint on 8th June and 16th June.Twice the UPS was repaired but the problem remained.
The dealer is not answering my phone and not even responding Since the warranty is ending by OCT I am demanding replacement and no more repairs.The company representative in Bangalore is not willing to replace the UPS and says they canot replace. After paying for the UPS I dont have the power back up. I am contemplating to take legal action. Even contacted their HO. Spoke to one Mr Khanna on16th.
Till date no response.
