I had a Luminous inverter and battery and want totell the whole world that it is a bad products and kept concking off during the whole period when I was using it.
The after sales servis is poor and costly. The so called display of inverter never worked and at one point of time - my house was on the verge of catching fire because of this inverter.
The company does not care about its customers and the customer care people are most rude. They want you to every time pay for service even if your inverter is in waranty - they dont care. Every time I had to give them repeated calls. At last, I changed the brand and got rid of this bad product. Now I have complete peace of mind. My neighbours also had a similar eperience with luminous and hence I have no confidence in this company’s products anymore.
