Never Buy a Luminous Brand of Inverter , even their batteries.They are cheats, never bothered about customer service.Had bought 2 inverters more than 2 years back with a 2 years warranty. They promised regular service with distilled water top up.Nobody bothered to come and service inspite of repeated calls to their Tollfree numbers operated by a bunch of unprofessional team which has been sourced out by Luminous.Finally one arrogant service guy turned up and without even doing anything demanded rs 250.as service charge which I am NOT entitled to pay, I refused to pay Started shouting and howling.My other unit is left unserviceable and calls to their mobile nos are left unattended.I even got an SMS stating stating that their service person would come mentioning the service registered number with his name and mobile number.Nobody turned up.No response on the number given.Lots of mails have been sent to their customer care ID , no response.They have paid a huge amount to Sachin Tendulkar for being their model.Customers have fallen for that and bought and are still buying their product.Beware it is a fraud organisation.Full of cheats and Arrogant people.NEVER BUY A LUMONOUS.THE MOST UNTRUSTED BRAND.
