I am using this 800 VA luminous sinewave inverter with UPS from the last one year and want to say that as of now I am completely satisfied with its performance. The best two things I like in this inverter is its sleek design and its robustness. As of now I never get a need to call for service so no idea about its services, however as per shopkeeper’s comments its really good and they attend the calls within 24 hours and provide stand-by solution if it takes time to resolve the problem.
It becomes little bit noisy during power down. And it takes around 1 second time to pass the electricity as soon as it restored. As per today’s experience I must say that its worthy to buy this inverter.
