I bought Luminous 800 UPS SINE 800Va 2012 along with ##Exide Invatubular## 150Ah battery for Rs 18, 000 and was very satisfied with the product worked flawlessly for about 21/2 years and gave me back up of about 7 hours. It was capable of running an LCD TV, 2 fans 3 CFL's and 3 tubes simultaneously with out a fuss and never had any issues with it.
But recently it broke down and then my saga of troubles with your service started. Firstly I found the service center(Hyderabad) address at the luminous website online and along with it was a picture of google map showing the location which I blindly believed and reached the place shown on the map which was wrong.
