I have a Luminous Sinewave inverter that is bare a year old and both the batteries need replacing....this is after taking care of the batteries meticulously as instructed. When I was shopping around for the product I was reassured that the average battery life of the product was 5 years and that my Rs. 23000/- would be well spent. The money spent on this product was paid for by my father who is a retired armed forces officer who lives on his pension. The company now will not even entertain any of our calls. Their only solution to my problem is that I replace both the batteries at a cost of Rs. 17000/-!!!! Talk about a MASTER CON JOB!!
Take my advise - donate the money to your favourite charity rather than buy a LUMINOUS product!
