This is N Mohanmurali, I am your on of the customer since 03/10/2017. I had purchased One UPS LUMINOUS PRO 600 on 03/10/2017. But last 2 weeks this product not works troubled in backup and power on button is not working, so I had complaint 4th July 2018 to customer care they send message complaint number(4006032111) to my registered mobile number 7075827377. 6th July 2018 one person visited my house and see UPS and he had take Photos of bill and battery and board there after he told Monday it will be solved battery and switch and some problems it will be clear on 09th July 18. I had followed and see on upstairs he had filled form and enter all my details as mobile photo and signature also done my and his own. he was on road so I didn’t ask anything there after I had gone his phone number is 8639238302. but 07/07/18 1:21 Pm I got message your complaint resolved so ihad talk with customer care namely Vshinu(Lady) and she transferred to call senior his name Kotesh he had told your complaint had resolved how can it possible ha finally he had given manager of hyderabad phone no is Rajesh 8800559469 I had called to him he didn’t pickup my call and there after he switched off this is not good. Please Don’t Purchase LUMINOUS Products Only it had come 8 months there after it will not working I had complaint but they are fraud company any doubts call to me
