I am a customer of Luminous inverter and a victim of gross negligence and disregard by the dealer and service centre. I have high regard for your brand & products, and bought the sine wave 1400 VA inveter.after six months I face back up proiblium and After call to service centre sends his person to check the inveter. Checking of the fault has been mere ritual for technical person of the sevice centre. Neither he checked the electrolyte level nor the specific gravity. and go off without any solution.and asked for battery proiblium after that I replace the both batreies .but after some months that I found same fault in my system and visited service centre with my inverter after checking they found over charging fault. I insist service centre repair or change card but they told that card is not available. Even I am about to approach consumer court against the aforesaid dealer, but I thought of contacting Luminous directly before proceeding with the same.
I have never expected such horrific service by the service centre of such a company of repute. I trust you will take action against your service centre and arrange to replace my inveter as soon as possiable.
