Pathetic after - service
I have bought Lumious UPS from paytm and from beginning it was giving me trouble.
After 1 week of installation of UPS, it stopped working, fan was revolving, interuppted main supply and all zUPS lights were blinking, technician came after 2 days of filing the complaint for this and they removed the wire from battery and connected again saying, there was loose connection . it cant be loose as the electrician installed it properly after checking with him also, he said me the same thing
after 1 week of this instance it stopped working again with new issue - no backup . as usual technician called me to check whether I am home or not, I asked him to come in the evening . he didnt showed up and tried to call him in the evening he didnt received that call . then next morning I had to remind him - boss will you come, he came checked said motherboard isn;t responding . ok replace it but I need as soon as possible .
then he said he will take the UPS in the evening - I replied him OK . As during weekdays I wont be available at home . take it . but as usual he didn;t showed up and I called him, he picked up the phone . I am asking him about the pick-up, he was said some thing in regional language . then disconnected the call . tried to call him multiple times, he didnt picked up the phone
call luminous toll free to file complaint for this behavior. the person who attended this call started saying you will get the call and all . then started saying make a note of his manager . I asked him is this front desk no or customer care - who will take the complaints, after explaining him his roles and responsities he agreed to write this complaint and I asked him clearly provide me ticket no . where you write about this . and no mail have been recieved so far. this is what they are delivering now - there level of service
