I experienced very worst experience. From beginning the UPS was giving the problem. Then the service person from Luminous concluded it was due to the defective battery. They have taken the batteries for service on 29-05-2017 promising within 5 days they will return it. They have given the contact person as Mr Vinod Kumar 9900056050, Mohan 9880221772. Even after 20 days there is no news about the batteries. Both the above numbers are rings but they dont pick the call. Even mail to the customer center did not help.
Customer call center have an option of either Hindi or English. But they can speak only Hindi. I asked for some responsible person who can solve the problem but they dont have a one.
It is quit disappointing the company like Luminous has such a poor customer service system
