Ipersonally dont like this air conditioner due to my bad experience.
I dont like its external body look and it is not situable for small room and it does not give good look. in small rooms.
installation charge is very high and they call you again and again for installation.
I dont like its outside unit noisy. it take around 7 to 8min for cooling down room.
Remote is quite fine and handy. I too experienced leakage of water very soon and however it is very expensive does not at all value for money.
I will never suggest tjis product to anyone.
It is not up to the mark and consumes voltage.
Neither it has antibacterial filter.
