Life and struggle of an amazing painter

I take the pleasure of writing review of this nice work from Irving Stone as I myself have read the book quite a few times and liked it so very much. Lust for Life is an amazing creation of Irving Stone. It is more of a biographical novel based on the life of the renowned painter, Van Gogh, and his continued struggles. The book narrates the life Van Gogh lived in the midst of poverty. The vivid description and style of writing makes the plots live from the word go. Hats off to the kind of research work that have been undertaken by Irving Stone in order to pen down this novel. The book actually paints the life and struggle of a great painter in the most vivid ways. A good read overall. Truly inspirational and influential.
