I bought this product from Amazon after reading the review of the product. Majority of the people have given it 5 star rating. I bought it instantly. Although the tea product was designed to help smokers and people people with frequent lungs problem, but I bought it because of my recent health problems related to breathing. This problem also gets aggravated due to the severe pollution in the city.
I have been using this product for the three days now and could see the effect of it. Wheezing has reduced and mucous formation has also reduced. Also the tightness in the chest has reduced. Well of course merely drinking the tea is not going to help. I do yoga and go for jogging on daily basis to keep my hearts and lungs healthy. Obviously the combination of exercise, yoga, meditation, diet and sleep routine do help besides using the herbal and ayurvedic treatment.
