Lybrate appears to be a fraudulent company.
I paid money for an’online consultation’ with a doctor. The site mentioned that the usual response time is between 4-12 hours. I patiently waited for more than a week but no response.
I sent a mail to their customer care and got an automated reply saying’We will get back to you within 24 hours". Again, no further response. I again sent a reminder email and no response.
Imagine if they simply charge a small amount like 200-300 bucks from every customer and then do not provide services. The customer will not bother much since this is a small amount and Lybrate gets to make huge money by fraudulent means just like that by getting customer volumes.
