First of all it is misleading.I had a bad experience with lybrate.com.i have been trying to book an appoinment with Dr.kumar chibbra at the fortis hospital through this website for past four days.but I don’t get any confirmation on my mobile or sms.i tried calling the Dr.but it says the phone number does not exist.i loss my money and they won’t process for refund.doctors are very irresponcible and not get answer for patient’s questions.also thier customer care service is pathetic.
