Got Damaged Mobile and Worst Service

I have been using LYF Wind 5 form nine months.


I had purchased LYF Wind 5 from a retailer shop. It’s little fabulous feathers made me buy this mobile.


I have faced an issue with this mobile.


At the time of buying it’s working good. After one day, I noticed that the display is not working properly. Then I tried working removing Screen Gaurd. It worked well for couple of hours then again display in not working. At the time of charging it’s getting heat more than casual heating level.


Then I went to retailer shop where I had bought this mobile and explained the issues. I asked him to replace the mobile as I bought this mobile from them one day before only. He rejected to replace and accepted to repair my mobile. He told that it will take 15 days to get repair as he has to send that mobile to Care.


Even though my mobile got repaired, I faced some issues regarding the delay of repairing.


I don’t recommend to entertain this kind of mobiles in the market.


I hope my review will helpful to decide weather to choose LYF Wind 5 or not.
