I had been their customer even before they opened the store in CMH road and this one is really good. The variety of stuff you get there and the quality is superb.
For eg if you are looking for chocolate , you get all imported and indian brands and you get a variety of chocolates drinking, cooking, syrups, imported one’s like hersheys so ultimately you will find whatever you are looking for. And you can even find thai/chinese food ingredients that are not so common. The store packaged stuff is clean, neat & good quality but is a little expensive.
The store is well organized and there are helpful staff everywhere . Counters are very fast and quick checkout for <10 items customers are there. Overall ambience is good and variety is pretty good though you might not find too many "exciting offers" that you find in Big bazaar and places like that
They have a variety of items to shop ranging from groceries to furnitures, fancy items, crockeries(good collection of quality ones) household equipments(though I would consider star mall better for this) and frozen stuff (prawns , ready to eat stuff). and vegetable, flower shop and pastries. One thing that would be missing currently is live fish(frozen is available) or meat and liquor, that you could see in star mall/total/spencer etc.
Overall its good if you are looking quality stuff and the location is also pretty good but parking for cars on busy days could be a little troublesome. Quality of stuff is good and little expensive so I think its a reasonable place for the quality conscious buyer.
