The movie has two perspectives. First one being Dhoni’s struggle and other one being his love life.
It’s very much obvious that a rigorous research expedition was carried out even before it was scripted. Very well executed and directed.
After long time a movie spans 3hours and 5minutes. There are few scenes which give you goosebumps while few make you think why were they even shot.
Sushant has tried his level best to reach upto a mark and certainly he has achieved that. BRAVO! other co-actors have put in great efforts which leaves a great impact on the audience.
Post interval the movie seems to have been dragged.
Though it’s a biopic let me tell you don’t expect too much in depth visions of his life. The controversies and his alleged affairs are kept at the bay.
What the movie highlights is the journey and how he stood strong.
Neeraj Pandey took up a new genre and will upto people’s expectations. He has very well portrayed the film to keep a balance in every scene.
Dhoni fans are thoroughly going to enjoy while those who were not will now be his Fans.
It’s a win-win situation for Dhoni and his investment(he being one of the producer)
