Maa Sherawali Packers & Movers

I am defence personal from munger district in Bihar currently posted in rajasthan.I booked my pulsar bike, coller, washing machine and trunk box through Maa sherawali packers and movers.I want to share my expreriences so that it may help other customer too.

1. I got transport service number from internet. contacted, other side a person named Neeraj picked up phone and finalses the

deal in 15000 from Munger to Barmer(Rajashtan) in 10 to 15 days.

1. Pickup trolley arrived and loaded my goods and my goods moved to patna.The driver didnot gave me bill and Mr rajesh( owner)spoke on phone to me and told he will send the bill on whatsup. I trusted him and allowed vechile to move.

2. After seven days I asked about status of my goods and bill . Neeraj told " saman 5 din m pauch jayega sir aur bill whatsup kar

raha hu 15 min m.But No bill.

1. On 6 Nov 19 his staff told" saman load ho gya h ajmer ki gadi m. 4 din m pauch jayega"

2. After 15 nov 19 I started calling daily because it is going to be one month after one week.

3. But neeraj and Mr rajesh seldom picks up my phone. I started calling from ohers new number( like my frnds and collegues no)

and then spoke . but wahi ans sir pauch jayega tension mat lo and disconnected the phone.on calling on daily basis to neeraj

he told ki aap Rajesh ji se baat kar lo . Rajesh ji told ki saman jaipur mai h. bus next gadi milte hi vej dunga.

1. Now after 40 days means 06 dec I told Mr rajesh that I am purchasing a new bike as you have not delivered it yet and

I dont feel I would get my goods.

1. Then he told ki sir aur 3000 de do saman jaipur tak pauch gya h wanha se courier m book kar dunga.Mai to trapped tha isliey

dene pade.

1. frnds when I got docket no whatsup it was of Gatty.com and the parcel was booked from patna to barmer in only Rs 6500.

I contacted Gatty customer and confirmed the same .

1. Gatty sends my goods in 7 days only .

2. Now see Maa sherwali took 40 days and rs 18000 and invested only 6500 and 3000 max from munger to patna.They were telling lie ki saman jaipur pauch gya h and all that. They kept my goods with them only for 40 days. my bike petrol tank got rusted without petrol and it takes 1000 to get it repair.

3. so guys if you want to be panic book with maa sherawali otherwise contact gati.com because lastly maa sherwali will contact gati after trapping you and taking extra money.
