I registered for madhouse.in and asked for a DVD. The first DVD was good and that whetted my appetite. However, as I was waiting for the second DVD, I got a shock. Guess what? After waiting for 2 days (I requested for it on Saturday evening) I was sent a wrong region DVD. The DVD was for region 3 which is not for India.
As a result, I could not play it on my computer without changing the dvd region on my hardware, which I am loath to do as it can be done only 3 times. Strange that Madhouse would not care about storing DVDs only intended for viewing in India.
Now I have sent a mail to madhouse to take the DVD back and am hoping they do not have the same problem with most of their English movie DVDs. I have also requested them not to bill me for this DVD. Let’s see what happens.
