We happened to stay for a night with our family of 4 adults on the 08th august, 2009 and really had a comfortable stay but perhaps we could not relish the complimentary break fast provided which was not that much good.
It is perhaps a centrally located nice hotel with courteous staff. the roof top restaurant gives a very broad aerial view of the Madurai city with its beautiful Meenakshi Temple gopurams, a predominantly placed church and a mosque tower too reflecting secular Indias national integration.
Although some renovation work was going on we did not feel much the pinch of it - inconvenience of any sort. The reception counter staff although were unable to accomodate 2 of us immediatley due to the delayed checking out of some visitors, they made us some alternative arrangement making us to stay in an upgraded suite for some time before shifting us to our booked type room.
