Hellow friends , Most of you feiends fond of eat Maggi Noodles.like you I am also an lover of Maggi Noodles.from my school day to this college days I have joined my classes eating Maggi Noodles.and the other one is it is also not so costly and very easy to cook.
But a sudden disaster occured in 2015 when there is announced that there are a few amount of MSG and lead. which are highly affective for our health.but later Maggi won the case.but till now many thinks that this is true.so to remember healthcare they stopped eating Maggi.
But at that time I can't do that.but now I was just shocked about some facts for which I stopped Maggi few days.
1st of all 'Maida'is an ingredient of Magi, so it's hard to digest Maida as well as Maggi. It can create a sudden problem in our digestive system.
But Maggi tastes so good but much salty for the presence of excessive 'Na'.which is harmful for the patient of 'bp '.
It also contains higher amount of Carbohydrates.so in case very much eating you will be fat .and it is harmful for Obesity patient.
And all over these Maggi can only provide you energy and spicy taste.there is no any amount of protein or helathy ingredients., so it's wrong to use Maggi in your diet chart.
Overall Maggi is good and easy to cook , tasty and not so much harmful if you eat upto a limit maybe maximum 1 packet/ day. But I reffer you to avoid this one to input Maggi in your daily routine , in that case it is really harmful.
