I have eaten maggi noodles very much in my childhood years. But in childhood I have no knowledge of health and nutrition. But now by getting full knowledge of nutrition I can definitely say that maggi is not safe at all. Maggi is containing 1200mg sodium which is almost 50% daily recommendations of sodium.By adding this meal in your daily diet u will definitely suffer with high blood pressure because of high sodium. But maggi has a very good flavor which I like the most. And its packaging is also quite attractive. But I care for my health so I added maggi once a week in my diet which is okk.
