Julius Michael Johannes Maggi developed a formula (in 1863 ) for adding taste to meals, which later became lead to the beginning of MAGGI and convenience food products.
In 1882, the Swiss Public Welfare Society commissioned MAGGI to create a vegetable food product that would be quick to prepare and easy to digest to help with the problem of women having less time to prepare meals as more women worked outside the home.
The results — two instant pea soups and an instant bean soup – were a huge success. By the turn of the century, MAGGI & Company was producing not only powdered soups, but also bouillon cubes, sauces and flavorings.
MAGGI merged with Nestlé in 1947.

I still love the same old taste very much !
I love Maggie in all styles …
* Maggie with some nutritional value : ( My dad-mom loves it this way !)
Cut French beans, Carrot, Tomato first.
Boil it with Matar.
Go ahead with the Maggie Recipe.
* Add thodasa sauce while serving
* Add thodasa butter while serving (Caution : It makes it yummy but sweet ! )
