Maggi Vegetable atta noodles are good and healthy as it is made up of wheat, which is regular consuming ingredient for Indians.It is healthy choice, although price is almost double than regular maggi noodles, but quality is good, taste is good, ingredients includes pulses as well.I still remember when my best friend was recovering from jaundice and doctor had instructed us not to let her have any kind of heavy food, any kind of junk food, and only simple food without oil was allowed.
However, it really becomes very difficult to live only on moong dal and chapatti for months.
When she used to get very irritated and did not wanted to have simple food, we took permission from doctor to feed her with atta noodles without adding tasemaker, twice a month.We used to cook this Maggi atta noodles by boiling it along with fresh vegetables and pinch of salt.And it really was helpful to make her smile when she was so ill.It was okay even without tastemaker and sauce, it became a patients twice a month snack for a time period of 5-6 months!
