Hello friends now here is my review on Maggie atta noodles.... This is my all time favorite food n I don’t have doubts that Maggie is favorite of many people.... As there are lots of competitors to maggie noodles but I don’t think so anyone will take place of maggie...
Maggie is manufactured by one of the big brand- Nestle
Now a days there are lots of types of maggie, out of which I have tried following types:
Masala flavor(original or first)
curry maggie
tomato maggie
vegetable atta noodles
capsicum maggie.
and out of this I love atta noodles most
There are 2 important reasons for loving atta noodles most("Taste Bhi Health Bhi".)
It is tasty because of its favorite maggie masala and it is healthy because it contains some vegetables as well as it is made of atta which is too much better than white refined flavour
First time I eat maggie when I was in 8th standard and that is also at neighbor place, they prepared masala maggie and added some vegetables in that so it was awesome in taste..... then I asked my mom to do same, she prepared it but without vegetable and I liked that too.... and from that day maggie is my fav,
still maggie have some drawbacks:
in case of masala maggie which is made of white refined flavour, and that is not good for health... the stuff used to make maggi sits in stomach and is not easily digested
As many people may be don’t know that the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles.
but there is one solution/method :
Procedure:
1.while doing maggie use some extra water
2.once maggie cooked, remove water from maggie so that maximum wax will get remove
some more information about vegetable atta noodles:
85gm of maggie atta noodles contains dietary fiber equal to 3 prepared rotis, 20g each.

Finally about maggie packaging:
Maggie is packed in attractive package with complete procedure is mentioned on its packet as well contents also mentioned on pack.so according to me it’s packaging is informative.
