A Lesser Evil In the Junk Industry

Ever since Maggi has introduced its Atta noodles I have been happy to use it as my dinner

at times when I am ate from the office or simply not in mood to cook.

Not that previously I did not have the option to eat Maggi noodles but this noodle is

different from the other Maggi Noodles simply because it is made from the Whole Grain Wheat

(hence called Atta Noodles) and not from the Refined Wheat Flour or Maida.

The difference between whole grain wheat flour and maida is the fibre content.Wheat flour

is rich in fibre content while Maida has very little nutritional value and has almost no

fibre content. I am one of those people who cannot digest stuff made from Maida. My stomach

takes a set back whenever I consume something made of it.Thats why I also avoid food stuff

made of maida. The same problem was with Maggi or any other Noodles and so I would stack

Maida Noodles only in case of emergencies but never use them. But Maggi Atta Noodles has

changed this. When I heard of Maggi Atta Noodles I thought of giving it a try as surprisingly

it worked for me. The fibre content plays big role in food digestion which is present in

ample in AAtta Noodles and not in the maida noodles hence when you eat these you will not

get the bloated feeling that you get after consuming maida noodles. Also the little traces

of peas and carrots taste good when eating. The Masala provided along with noodles is also

good in taste. This has been the best version of Maggi Noodles so far at least for me (I

feel nauseated when I think of Maggi Tomato it felt like you are eating rubber or elastic).

Fast Food should be avoided as much as possible but the truth is it is the best option

available for students staying in hostels or working people staying away from their homes.

In that case why not choose a little healthier option among the non healthier ones.

Probably it is not fully Whole Wheat as they claim but still something is better than

nothing :)
