Don’t be fooled by Magic Bump Photography’s seemingly attractive price card! What they don’t tell you upfront is that you’ll be hit with additional travel or transport costs. And if you dare to include an extra family member in your photos, Brace yourself for more charges. Their pricing structure is nothing short of a bait-and-switch tactic.
Abysmal Customer Service
Where do I even begin with their so-called "customer service"? It’s an absolute joke!
Poor Query Clarification: Trying to get a simple question answered is like pulling teeth.
Unresponsive Communication: Good luck getting them on the phone. They’ll dodge your calls faster than a professional boxer.
Delayed and Inadequate Responses: When they do bother to reply to messages, it’s days later and barely addresses a fraction of your questions. Expect to wait 3-4 days for a single, useless response to multiple inquiries.
Bullying and Harassment
The way they treat customers is appalling. Their words are nothing short of bullying and harassment. Is this how a professional business operates? Absolutely disgraceful!
Subpar Photography Quality
You’d think a photography service would at least deliver decent photos, right? Wrong!
Filtered Based on Package: They withhold the good shots and only give you access based on your package. Talk about holding your memories hostage!
Worst Quality Imaginable: The pictures they do provide are of such poor quality, you’d think they were taken with a potato.
Themed Photo Disaster
Themed photos? More like themed nightmares! When we reported that the theme wasn’t satisfactory and needed to be changed, we were met with:
- Complete silence
- Dropped calls
- More bullying and harassment
- Foul language
And all of this happened to a mother of a young child! As her husband, I’m beyond furious at how she was treated.

BEWARE of Magic Bump Photography and similar scammers! They lure you in with false promises, drain your wallet, and leave you with nothing but frustration and terrible photos. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this disaster of a business.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience was beyond disappointing – it was infuriating and borderline traumatic. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable photographer who actually respects their clients and delivers quality work.
