I was presented on holiday packages on 25th Dec, 2013 with all assured gifts by Roshan from Magic Holidays. I was informed about all deals and offers except for cancellation process. I have already paid 15700/- through credit card. On 7th Jan I received a registration SMS with my membership # MH/MU2/4447.
I was assured that I would be getting 10, 000 gift voucher and kitchen utility which is still pending. Now I feel that the service is very pathetic in terms of assured gift and the registration SMS was received after 2 follow ups that too after 12 days. Now when I want to cancel the package, you don’t have an option for this. This is kind of getting jack and nothing seems to be perfect with Panoramic Group – magic holidays. I was never told about cancellation needs to be done within 10 days from the data of registration. I need a refund and I cannot be dependent on your delayed service.
CANCEL MY PACKAGE AND REFUND MY MONEY.
