I tried this website first when I was trying to find a 2 BHK for my sister in law. I listed down 45 properties only to find that 32 of them were agents who had no such properties and remaining were gone 1-2 years back and were still listed as brand new.
I was bombarded with calls from the agents for the next 3-4 days and ultimately I hit the road and searched for property myself. I has specifically filtered no agents in my search on magicbricks. Eventually I found a house which was also listed with one of the agents, and even though I found the house on my own, I was forced to pay 15, 000 Rs. by the agent. Horrible experience. Its a hub of all the agents and goons. Nothing is true in the website.
