I used magick bricks service to find flat on rent but what I foud that magick bicks is completely dominated by agents. Anyway it never bothers me because I can still browse thru pages and get listing.
Since Magickbricks is popular for looking for flats I post my property for rent in Feb-09. I did not get any qualified response from magickbricks. I was able to find tenant but never got any promising enquiry from magickbricks.
I made another mistake I post my property again on Magickbricks. This time it is for sale. In one and half months I got three SMSes about inquiry. After initial three or four I have to pay to magickbricks.com so I paid then Rs 700. After paying this initial amount I never got any response from magickbricks. If thru magickbricks I have to contact agents only then it is better for me to directly go to agents I know well.
Also I am not sure how inquiries suddenly dried after payment.
