Fake and less than half information

Last month, my parents expressed their wish to buy a house from government’s affordable housing scheme. Therefore, I searched about it on internet. In 3rd or 4th no. Of search, I found a link of magicbricks. After that, I downloaded it’s app and started seaching for properties near our present location.

In the initial stages, I found the app worth using. It had lots of property option and huge amount of CONTENT. But then, when I talked to the dealors and owners on phone, I found that lot of data was INCORRECT. the property which was shown in sector was actually in a nearby colony. A property that had not even started constructing was shown ready to move.

Also there was no information about percent of loan offered.

I think that magicbricks must take care of the relaibility of the information shown as well. Although no doubt there were no. Of properties and app was easy to use.

There can also be more information about different projects in various places and contact no. Of a relaible person. It seems that anyone can post any information about the property and buyer has to go through that verification himself.
